This service offers the possibility to look up the fines and view the photographs taken by the cameras around the city as well as other details related to the contravention.

Starting from January 2018, the company Trentino Riscossioni spa, which has been entrusted with the management of the administrative violations as well as with the collection of the related pecuniary sanctions, has made available Multeonline, a portal to consult the information about the administrative sanctions.

This service allows the citizens to view the data about the contraventions and the related frames, offering them the possibility to access these information at any time from anywhere, 24 hours a day. The portal shows complete and updated information.

Access to the data is permitted to those who are notified at their home or business premises via certified e-mail or postal notification.

The users can access the portal by filling in the mandatory information that is found on the administrative sanction report:

  • date when the violation was committed
  • fine number (numerical characters only)
  • license plate of the vehicle

After labelling the check-code box, the users can see the details of the violation (description and article infringed) and the eventual deduction of the license points (if the violation so provides).

If available, the users can view the images of the infraction attached (e.g. irregular ZTL access, speeding frames, etc.).

The notice by which the infraction is established is not available on the portal. In fact, the users can only access the verification report notified to the offender or to the person who is jointly responsible for the violation.
