Trento, situated in the railway axis of Brennero, has become a melting pot between cities like Verona and Innsbruck and it is served by long-distance and high-speed trains. The train station is in Piazza Dante, very close to the historical centre. From here, it is possible to reach other localities of the territory through extra-urban transports services, such as trains and buses. Indeed, the station presents two different routes: the Valsugana route and the Trento-Malé, which leads to Sole Valley. Moreover, during Christmas time there will be special trains reserved to visitors, who come to admire the traditional Christmas stands (mercatini natalizi). Urban and extra-urban mobility

The mobility in Trento is very well structured. Indeed, it enables you to reach Trento and its suburbs easily and quickly. The urban and extra-urban transports are managed by the Trentino Trasporti Esercizio society (for timetables and charges it is advisable to consult the official webpage).
